Salmon – the healthy fat!

Grilled Salmon, it’s simple and delicious

2 tablespoons dijon mustard
4 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
6 table spoons extra virgin olive oil
4 cloves ( I use closer to 6-7) minced of garlic

Mix thoroughly and put a generous amount over each salmon steak

Wrap steaks in aluminum foil

Grill depending on thickness (10-15 minutes)

Great with asparagus and rice -Enjoy!
