SATURDAY & SUNDAY MORNINGS

Year-round!

Time: 8am

Place: Sleepy Hollow High School parking lot
 
 
Route: On the trails of the Old Croton Aqueduct and Rockefeller State Park Preserve

The average loop is approximately 6-7 miles

The group sticks together for the first 1/4-1/2 mile or so, then separates naturally according to pace. The distance may be shortened or additional loops may be added at the discretion of the individual runners.

THURSDAY MORNINGS

 

Time: 6:00am

Place: Sleepy Hollow High School Track
 
 
Workout: Various Speed Workouts, see Workout Schedule

Distance: The total distance will vary according to the workout.

We meet at 6:00am to warmup before the speed workouts. We plan to mix it up from week to week, including short and long intervals, tempo runs, hill repeats in the park, etc. We usually aim to be done by 6:45 or 6:50. Be sure to check our Facebook page for more details.

THURSDAY EVENINGS (Thirsty Thursdays!)

Now year-round!

Time: 6:30pm

Place: Bridgeview Tavern, Beekman Ave, Sleepy Hollow Directions

Route: Varies, with views along Hudson River
 
 
Distance: The average loop is approximately 4-5 miles

Open to all! You don’t need to be a RTR member to join us. There is no fee, but if you would like to donate a non-perishable food item it will be given to the local food pantry. Water/Gatorade provided by Rivertown Runners.
